The Son-in-Law booked a Lindblad cruise (National Geographic Expeditions) to Svalbard, north of the arctic circle, and took A DAUGHTER OF FAIR VERONA. You may remember, he cruised to Antarctica and packed the hardcover along, and The Daughter and Son-in-Law took it to Alaska, and my trainer carried it on her cruise, and how cool a trend is this?!? (Whoops. Pun!)

A DAUGHTER OF FAIR VERONA is currently out in hardcover, audiobook and eBook, which means there’s only one thing missing — that beloved of book clubs everywhere, trade paperback! I got an early author copy. Each book includes a three-chapter excerpt of THUS WITH A KISS I DIE and the reader club questions, all wrapped up in a gorgeous embossed cover—and that cover is so unusual and stunning, it creates talk online and in every bookstore.
Remember, I’m happy to talk with your book club online (form is here) and if you already submitted a request and didn’t get a reply, well yes, it seems that the forms were going to a mailbox I don’t check. Yes, you’re right, Christina Dodd is technically incompetent. But in my own defense, I do know how to use a toaster!

Meet Christina on the THUS WITH A KISS I DIE BOOK TOUR!!
The second full-length book, THUS WITH A KISS I DIE, is publishing in hardcover, audiobook and eBook on June 24!
I’m not going to say too much yet because I don’t have all the facts, but I do know this; starting on Tuesday, June 24, the day THUS WITH A KISS I DIE is published, I’m starting a multi-city book tour that criss-crosses the US. So far I’m autographing in:
- Bellingham Washington
- Bellevue (Seattle) Washington
- Houston TX
- Dallas TX
- Phoenix AZ
- Chicago IL (with the fabulous Susan Elizabeth Phillips who will bring the house down, as always!)
There’s likely to be another city in the northern Midwest states and possibly a store in California. For sure, there’ll be stock signings, which is where I drop into bookstores at some approximate time and sign whatever Christina Dodd books they have on hand, chat with the booksellers and leave the signed books behind for you to purchase.
If you’re in or near any of the cities listed, stay tuned for dates and times and make your plans to attend. I’d love to meet you and whether I’m being interviewed or giving a reading (can you imagine a reading from Rosie’s point of view? 😁,) we always have always a good time.
